Returns

Because nicotine, vapor, pouch, pod, disposable, and battery products are regulated and safety-sensitive, returns are limited. Please review the full policy before opening or using a product.

Return window

Unopened, unused, undamaged items in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Return authorization is required before sending anything back.

Items we cannot accept back

  • Opened, used, partially used, refilled, modified, tampered-with, or damaged products.
  • Nicotine pouches, pods, disposable devices, or other consumable products once the seal or packaging has been opened.
  • Products missing serial numbers, authenticity labels, retail packaging, accessories, manuals, or included parts.
  • Products returned because of flavor preference, strength preference, throat hit, puff estimate, or user compatibility.
  • Items purchased from another seller or items that cannot be matched to a Cheesy Puffs order.

Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, missing parts, leaking, visibly defective, or dead on arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, product name, variant, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue.

For eligible battery-device defects, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Damage from misuse, drops, liquid exposure, unauthorized charging, modification, or normal wear is not covered.

Refunds and exchanges

After we receive and inspect an authorized return, we may issue a refund to the original payment method, store credit, replacement, or exchange depending on the item and issue. Payment providers may take 5-10 business days to post approved refunds.

Original shipping, adult-signature fees, route protection, and compliance fees are not refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake or an approved carrier damage claim.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by our fulfillment error or an approved defective/damaged item claim. Unauthorized returns, refused deliveries, or returns sent to the wrong address may be rejected or delayed.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before processing begins. Once an order is packed, labeled, verified, or handed to a carrier, it may no longer be cancellable. Orders cancelled for legal, age-verification, payment, or shipping-restriction reasons will receive any applicable refund.

How to start a return

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Do not send products back until we confirm the next step.
