Where do you ship?
We ship only where products can be legally sold and delivered. Checkout currently blocks orders to: California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Ohio, District of Columbia, Maine, Rhode Island. Local rules may still affect delivery even when a state is not listed.
Is shipping discreet?
Orders are packed for safe delivery with signature handling where required. Carrier, compliance, and delivery information may appear on labels or tracking where required.
When is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free when the cart reaches the free-shipping threshold shown in the cart. The remaining amount is updated as products are added.

How do I choose the correct flavor?
Choose the flavor or finish directly on a product card or product page. The selected option remains visible in the cart and checkout summary.
Are ingredients verified?
Ingredient details can vary by manufacturer, flavor, and batch. Review the physical package and manufacturer labeling before use, particularly when you have sensitivities.
What happens when an option is out of stock?
Unavailable combinations are disabled and cannot be added to cart. Other in-stock flavors or strengths remain selectable.

Can products be returned?
Unopened, unused, sealed products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Opened nicotine, pouch, pod, disposable, and consumable products cannot be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact support with the order number and clear photos of the package and product. Keep all original packaging while the issue is reviewed.
